Data we process

Email address — needed to send the digest.
Country / language, where known — to pick the right edition.
Delivery events: bounces, opens, link clicks. Used to remove dead addresses and to judge which items were useful.

We do not collect payment details, passwords or ID numbers, and we never request them by email.

Legal basis

Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in communicating with existing subscribers (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing; that stops all future digests.

Recipients

Email-delivery and hosting providers acting under data-processing agreements. Where a provider is outside the EU/EEA, transfers rest on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell data.

Retention

While you are subscribed, plus a suppression record afterwards so we do not contact you again. Bounce and complaint records are kept for the same purpose.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability — write to info@marlowdigest.com. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in your EU country of residence.

Unsubscribing

Every digest has an unsubscribe link (one-click where the mail client supports it). The unsubscribe page and a plain email work as well.
